So more details slowly emerge about HoloLens. Microsoft’s AR display is still under development and being kept away from most prying eyes. But now MS is saying that it will be totally wireless (win), have 5.5 hour battery life (though it drops quickly in the first few hours – sorta-win), will have the field-of-view of looking at a 15″ monitor from 2 feet away (my guess is about 30 degrees), and the developer edition will be $3K. That’s thousand with a K.
