intel leaps in

Looks for the alliances to continue hot and heavy. Intel has been in the sensing space for quite some time, and we use an older version of PrimeSense in some of our work. Since user sensing/tracking is one of the 800 lb elephants in the AR/VR room, it makes sense that Intel will become a player. Looks like Microsoft will be the first beneficiary, but the beauty of supplying an underlying capability is that they can bet on more than one horse – and make money on it.
